Sam Fund is dedicated to helping young adult survivors transition into their 20s and 30s with the help of grants and scholarships. Provides help with education, living, job search, lingering medical expenses, and other transition issues. |

Ulman Cancer Fund for Young Adults National College Scholarship Program supports the financial needs of young adults whose lives have been impacted by cancer and are seeking post-secondary education or professional school training. Competitive awards are offered in five categories. All scholarships are one-time and non-renewable. |

HEATH Resource Center of the George Washington University is a national clearinghouse on postsecondary education for individuals with disabilities. HEATH offers a resource guide to help people with disabilities get financial assistance for postsecondary education.
